Wild Mushroom Pappardelle served with Mushrooms & Butter
12 oz. package of wild mushroom pappardelle cooked al dente (6-8 minutes)
1 lb assorted wild mushrooms
1/4 cup olive oil or butter
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1. While the pasta is cooking, saute the mushrooms in a medium skillet until cooked to your liking
2. Combine the mushroom sauce and pasta in a large serving bowl then top with grated parmesan
